By accessing or using SaleSpy ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SaleSpy is a web-based analytics platform for Etsy sellers. The Service provides competitor monitoring, sales tracking dashboards, and reporting tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service; (c) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (d) redistribute or resell access to the Service; (e) use automated means to access the Service beyond the intended interface.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SaleSpy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SALESPY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaleSpy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
